Refund policy

Returns:
Sales are final. If there is a reason for a return/exchange due to defects that cannot be corrected and 7 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, or any kind of refund. Please notify us before 7 day’s after delivery if you have an issue that was not inflicted by yourself through use of a product. Defects may need to be filed directly by the customer with some certain brands, please be aware of this. If it must be filed directly with certain brands by the customer, the brand is responsible for taking care of your request. Sales will still be final.

To be eligible for a return, exchange (if possible), or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a return but a partial refund upon the return of the item is possible. Damaging your item does not warrant a refund or exchange. Please handle all items with care. Restocking fees may apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). All items are inspected before shipment to ensure quality. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the certain amount of days your specific payment provider processes requests.

Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a refund. A partial refund upon return of the products may be possible. If an item arrives faulty and was not caused by user error, we will work to help correct the defect if possible.

Going through your bank for an unjustified refund is not acceptable (sales are final and you are bound to our policies by agreeing to them at checkout). Please keep in mind going through this route isn't recommended. Legal consequences are present for those who falsify claims with their banks for refunds. Understand your bank keeps track of these type of falsifications and you may also face consequences from them. We do not tolerate this and we cooperate with your bank to handle these fraudulent disputes. Not only should the money be returned to us but you will face consequences on the legal. Don't do it. If you receive an order and open a dispute, you will face legal consequences for theft. Your bank will also be involved. If you keep the products without returning them, your information will also be sent to collections. Don't do it. Going through 3rd parties like PayPal for a refund is also not acceptable. Don't do it. All of these routes will make you ineligible for ordering future items. Please work with us so we can properly take care of you. All terms must be agreed upon prior to checkout and this page must be reviewed.

If a refund is warranted, we will handle it directly with the customer and it will be returned to the original payment method.

Again: We will refund you directly if warranted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted depending on your bank.
If a long period of time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@omnimestore.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Box Condition:
Box condition is sold as is unless stated otherwise. If a box is severely damaged, for example "crushed" prior to shipment, we will state this in the product description. Damages/blemishes like dents or creases don't warrant discounts, refunds, or exchanges. Damages during shipment aren't covered by us, instead try contacting the shipping company to open a claim. If you are concerned with box condition, please email us prior to shipment or even prior to ordering. Guaranteed collector packaging (if available) is offered for an additional shipping and handling fee.

 

Pre-Orders:
Unfortunately Pre-Orders cannot be refunded. The only time we will offer a refund for pre orders is if the manufacturer cancels the pre order or if there is a shortage. If you insist on a refund, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover a portion of the loss on our end as we reserve your pre orders immediately. If a pre order is delayed by the manufacturer, you may not cancel the order. You must wait for the item to be released. If you insist on canceling due to delays from the manufacturer, a cancelation fee will be charged. Please note that the final product of a Pre Order may slightly differ from what is initially shown; this is up to the respective manufacturer & not us. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if there is no way to fix the issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@omnimestore.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
