We at Omnime offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. We love to give our customers what they need and this is a necessity. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are usually shipped through the shipping company you chose at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimates from our IN STOCK items at our USA Warehouse:

Products that will be shipped from our USA Warehouse will have a SHIPS FROM (USA) option on the product page. If this option is not available, assume it's shipping from our China Warehouse which may take longer to deliver for USA customers (10-30 business days).
What about Pre Order items?
Pre Order items should follow the estimates above once stocked and processed.
Please note that orders that have both Pre Order items & in stock items wont ship until everything is in stock. Please order these items separately if you want the in stock items ASAP.
Also please note that items may be released in Asian countries first. This does not mean we have the item(s) in stock as we still have to import the items from overseas. Please be patient as this can range from a few weeks to a few months depending on the manufacturer.
Do you provide tracking information?
Of course, you will receive an email when your order ships containing your tracking info. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed and 5 or more business days have passed without receiving your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Due to logistical reasons, items made in the same purchase may or may not be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Pre orders mixed with in stock items wont ship until everything is in stock. If you want your items sent separately, please place separate orders or email us to pay for separate shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Delays due to Covid-19:
Please be understanding that there will be delays due to covid-19 and there is nothing we can do about it until the pandemic is handled. Due to the lack of flights caused by the virus, expect shipping times to be as listed above or exceed what was expected. Please note that you will 100% get your item. Delays will not constitute a refund. Please be patient as it's on the way to you! Once in your country, tracking will update rapidly again and you will quickly receive your item.
